Responsibilities:
• Architect & administer Business Technology Platform including handling hybrid deployment options, scenario specific scaling, multi tenancy support, SAP Cloud Connector Installation, BTP setup, configure & manage global accounts, setting up a launchpad service which is a central entry point for business applications on SAP BTP, to integrate content from SAP and other third-party solutions (cloud and on-premise) and be able to connect multiple S/4HANA systems through a single common entry point.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services, including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement, best practices, and innovation in software development and delivery processes.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and execution of SAP activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP BTP services, features, cloud technologies, and industry trends. Continuously assess and recommend new tools and practices to drive business innovation through SAP BTP.
Qualifications
• Working experience in at least 3 projects of SAP BTP Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in administration of SAP Business Technology Platform with various BTP environments – Neo, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, ABAP with proven experience in coordinating with different workstreams to ensure project success.
• Has hands-on experience in SAP BTP Environment Management – SAP BTP Global Account, SAP BTP Subaccount, SAP BTP Connectivity/Destinations, and SAP BTP Services/Standard Applications.
• Experience in initial configuration of standard SAP BTP Cloud Environment - SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience in SAP BTP Security Management – Cloud Identity Service, Identity Provider (IdP), and Trust Configuration.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Knowledge about jump-start development with prebuilt content and generative AI (Artificial Intelligence).
• Effective team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work under pressure, also can be recognized as capable and reliable.
• Self-starter attitude and passionate to pick up new skills.
