Responsibilities:
* Administer and support SAP systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
* Perform installations, patches, upgrades, and configuration of SAP software and components.
* Monitor system performance and analyze logs to identify performance bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively.
* Manage user authorizations and security settings across SAP environments and ensure compliance with security policies.
* Oversee SAP Transport Management and coordinate the movement of changes between different system environments.
* Assist in system backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability.
* Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP with other business systems and applications.
* Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
* Stay up-to-date with SAP technologies and advancements to provide recommendations for system improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
* Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, including SAP HANA, NetWeaver, and various database platforms.
* Knowledge of SAP Transport Management and Change Request Management.
* Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning methodologies.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* SAP certifications in Basis or related areas are a plus.
