Role: SAP BASIS & BTP Administrator

Looking for SAP BASIS & BTP Administrator with 4+ years (or more) experience in SAP system landscape management, monitoring, software installation, patching, troubleshooting SAP issues, upgrade (NetWeaver, ERP, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) and support experience.

Consultant should have 1 or 2 years of experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration with managing BTP landscape for implementation and support.

SAP BASIS:

· Evaluate, download, and apply the latest feature/support pack stacks to ABAP and Java systems.

· Strong knowledge of SAP BTP architecture with respect to authentication, sub-accounts, and services.

· Hands on experience in SAP NetWeaver installation & configuration – ABAP & Java application servers.

· Should have experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA implementation and upgrade.

· SAP HANA database - Administration experience in installation and configuration.

· SAP components installation and configuration – Routers, Web Dispatcher (with HA), Java components, ADS and HostAgent etc.,

· Required very good experience SAP Cloud Connector installation, configuration, backup, troubleshooting for various connection mechanisms.

· Setup Smart Data Integration with BTP services like – SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, HANA Cloud.

· Migrate SAP system from on-premises network to Cloud (AWS/Azure).

· Experience with cost optimization and observability related to the SAP RISE platform.

· Experience with migration of systems from on-prem to RISE.

· Setup and configuration of Security Bridge product and related ongoing support.

· Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain high uptime of the SAP HANA environment.

· Provide Basis support with a strong knowledge of SAP NW layer, HANA, Windows, and UNIX infrastructure dependencies.

· Provide operational support for OpenText components such as IES, Archive Server, VIM, etc.

· Setup of ASCS clustering and BCP environment for SAP ABAP and SAP JAVA systems.

· Provide operations support for SAP systems and technical infrastructure, including but not limited to transport administration, standalone retrofit, printer administration, user accounts, and authorization.

· Identify and automate business scenarios using automation tools like UiPath, Redwood Finance, /Redwood RunMyJob, etc.

· Provide support for day-to-day issues, troubleshoot, and resolve system availability and performance issues.

SAP BTP Administrator:

· Should have experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) end-to-end 2 implementation projects.

· Required good experience in setting up subaccounts with various environments – Neo, CF, Kyma, ABAP Runtime etc.

· Setup BTP SSO, authentication & authorizations mechanisms using various authentication protocols (SAML & OIDC) with various IdPs-ADFS, EntraID, Okta, IAM etc.

· Setup Integration Suite and manage security, connectivity and change management.

· Experience in setting up custom role collections for applications & services.

· Setup user provisioning using SAP IAS & IPS.

· Good experience in administrating of various BTP services – BPA, Integration Suite, Build services, ABAP Cloud, WorkZone, DMS, BAS, WebIDE, Master Data Integration etc.

· Should have experience in SAP HANA Cloud setup, integrations & configuration.

· Required very good experience SAP Cloud Connector installation, configuration, backup, troubleshooting for various connection mechanisms.

· Configure and provide Cloud ALM support to monitor BTP Cloud Foundry applications, BTP services, and SAP and non-SAP systems. SAP CALM Implementation is added advantage.
