We are looking for a technically skilled SAP Basis Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and support of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security across our SAP landscape. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to support ongoing projects and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and monitor SAP systems including installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and transport management
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations
- Support SAP landscape across Development, Quality, and Production environments
- Handle system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning
- Coordinate with functional consultants and technical teams to support project delivery
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
- Knowledge of SAP system landscape management; familiarity with SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems; familiarity with database administration using Oracle, HANA, or SQL Server is a plus
- Experience supporting SAP across Development, Quality, and Production environments
- Experience with SAP transport management
- Experience performing SAP system upgrades and patching
- Experience managing SAP user roles and authorizations
- Experience with SAP backups and disaster recovery
- SAP Basis certification is a plus
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
