Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation in a Private Cloud environment. This role will work closely with the SAP Program Manager and functional/technical leads to coordinate project activities, manage workstreams, track deliverables, and ensure successful execution across project phases.
The ideal candidate has strong SAP functional or technical experience, exposure to S/4HANA transformations, and demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional teams within complex ERP programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Workstream CoordinationSupport end-to-end S/4HANA implementation across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases.
Manage specific functional or technical workstreams under the guidance of the SAP Manager.
Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare status reports and steering committee materials.
Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design sessions.
Ensure alignment to SAP best practices and template governance.
Assist in overseeing system integrations and data migration activities.
Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and defect management.
Monitor adherence to security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
Support change management initiatives and user adoption efforts.
Assist in developing training plans and user documentation.
Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams.
Identify project risks and escalate as needed.
Ensure quality standards are maintained across assigned workstreams.
Track issue resolution and support mitigation planning.
Support hypercare activities and transition to steady-state support.
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
5–7 years of SAP experience, including at least 3–4 full lifecycle implementations.
Experience with S/4HANA implementations (Private Cloud exposure preferred).
Familiarity with data migration concepts, integrations, and SAP Fiori.
Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
SAP S/4HANA certification or progress toward certification.
Experience supporting global or multi-entity rollouts.
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
Familiarity with RISE with SAP offerings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
