Mission context :
The SAP ARIBA AMS Transition Lead will manage the transition phase of SAP ARIBA application management services, ensuring a seamless shift from implementation to support. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, developing transition plans, and ensuring operational readiness.
Key responsabilities :
Transition Planning: Develop detailed transition plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project teams, AMS partners, and clients to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate and oversee the knowledge transfer process from project teams to AMS teams, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Issue Management: Identify potential issues during the transition phase and implement mitigation strategies.
- Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for AMS teams to ensure they are fully equipped to support SAP ARIBA applications.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation on processes, configurations, and support structures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement during and after the transition.
