Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements to align with organizational business processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for existing ABAP programs.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development efforts thoroughly.
- Provide production support and resolve any ABAP-related issues promptly.
- Engage in ongoing learning of new SAP enhancements and best practices for ABAP development.
- Participate in project planning and estimation efforts as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP programming, including skills in ABAP Objects, modules, and BAPIs.
- Experience in developing reports using tools like SAP Smart Forms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
- Understanding of SAP functional modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work well in collaborative team settings.
- SAP certification in ABAP development is a plus.
