- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interviews & Knowledge Extraction:
- Conduct regular interviews with internal experts — software architects, senior developers, and technical/non-techical leads - to capture insights, project learnings, and emerging trends
- Translate technical conversations into compelling narratives for technical/business audiences
- Content Production:
- Write and edit articles, blog posts, success stories, and expert opinion pieces
- Transform diverse source materials into publication-ready content: draft articles and internal frameworks, meeting recordings and call transcripts, and technical documentation
- Maintain a consistent editorial voice aligned with our program's positioning and brand
- Content Management & Distribution:
- Manage the content pipeline from ideation through review to publication
- Publish and optimize content across LinkedIn, our corporate blog, and internal portals (SharePoint)
- Coordinate with multiple reviewers to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data
