What You’ll Do

Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

Assist with mobility, walking, and daily exercises

Support meals, eating, and light meal prep

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms)

Document care and report updates to your supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications
EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY
- High school graduate of G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Six months experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care (in homes or facilities) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course.
- Interpersonal relations abilities.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Primarily works in client’s place of residence; travel may be required.
- Shift times and days vary with client needs.
Skills Required
- Completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Personal Care Assistant course
- High school diploma or GED

Right at Home Northwest Oklahoma City provides professional in-home care and assistance for seniors and disabled adults. Their trained, bonded, and supervised caregivers offer flexible support, from a few hours to 24/7 care, to improve quality of life. Services include respite care for families, assistance transitioning from hospitals or rehab to home, and general support to help clients maintain their independence.
