- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
- Ability to understand and explain complex vehicle features and financing options to customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
