At realfast.ai, we're building the first truly AI-native Salesforce implementation partner. We don't just use AI tools. We rebuilt our entire delivery model around human-AI collaboration, where AI agents handle tedious work like unit testing and configuration management so exceptional Salesforce professionals can focus on architecture, strategy, and complex problem-solving.
Our Exo platform automates the repetitive parts of Salesforce development, giving developers 15-20 hours back per week for high-value work. The result: six developers shipping 47+ production deployments in nine months. That's not traditional consulting velocity. That's AI-amplified execution.
We're backed by PeakXV Partners (formerly Sequoia India and SEA) and RTP Global, and we're building AI that makes humans more human, not obsolete. If you're excited about building production-grade AI that delivers measurable results and want to be part of transforming how enterprise software gets built, we'd love to meet you.
About roleWe need a Salesforce Technical Lead who can architect enterprise solutions while leading our development team through hands-on mentorship and code. You'll design systems that scale, make architectural decisions that drive business outcomes, and build the technical foundation for AI-native Salesforce implementations.
This isn't a role where you review Jira tickets from an ivory tower. You'll write code, pair with developers, participate in on-call rotations for production support, and own outcomes end-to-end. You'll also interface directly with clients, translating business requirements into technical solutions and challenging assumptions when necessary.
What you'll doLead through code: Write complex Apex and Lightning Web Components alongside your team, conduct code reviews that teach, and establish standards that accelerate delivery
Architect enterprise solutions: Design end-to-end Salesforce implementations with technical architecture documents, data models, security strategies, and integration patterns that scale
Drive technical decisions: Make architectural calls quickly with incomplete information, resolve blockers, and balance excellence with pragmatism
Build AI-native delivery: Work with our Exo platform to automate repetitive tasks, implement CI/CD pipelines, and design workflows where AI handles routine work while humans handle complexity
Interface with clients: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, present architecture to non-technical audiences, and build trust through delivery and transparency
What you'll bring
Experience:
7+ years of Salesforce development with 3+ years leading teams or architecting solutions
Active Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect)
Deep knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
Proven track record debugging complex production issues and architecting scalable solutions
Approach:
AI-first mindset: Curiosity about how AI amplifies Salesforce expertise and willingness to rethink traditional workflows
Systems thinking: You see how technical decisions impact business operations, architect for scale, and think in leverage points
Leadership without authority: You mentor through pairing and code reviews, build consensus through credibility, and share accountability
Client relationships: You communicate technical concepts clearly, ask probing questions, and balance client input with best practices
You'll thrive if you:
Get energy from solving complex technical problems over attending meetings
See AI as an opportunity to do your best work, not a threat
Thrive in ambiguity and prefer shipping imperfect solutions over perfect plans
Want end-to-end ownership and work at the intersection of AI and Salesforce
Are comfortable with rapid change and continuous learning
This won't be a fit if you:
Prefer extensive process and documentation over rapid iteration
Need complete consensus before making technical decisions
Want a stable, predictable environment with minimal change
Professional Growth
Work with Exo platform and proprietary AI tools before they're commoditized
Support for Salesforce certification advancement (if required)
Learn from founders who scaled systems from startup to super-app
Real Impact
See your technical decisions drive measurable business outcomes
Work on production-grade AI implementations, not pilots
Build systems that scale with client growth
Architect solutions for complex brownfield Salesforce orgs (the interesting problems)
Shape how realfast approaches technical challenges
