What You'll DoAs a Salesforce Technical Lead (TL) you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects at Neocol. You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients, as well as create reusable assets to be deployed to multiple clients. This may involve owning portions of the design, or supporting the Solution Architect. As a Technical Lead, you will ensure effective communication on projects by matching the client's comprehension level while maintaining the necessary technical precision within the internal context.
- Design and implement custom code solutions which leverage Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Lightning Components
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementation
- Execute technical process reviews and provide guidance on technical topics (i.e. data, deployment, single sign on, large data volumes)
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions to provide detailed and sound solution designs
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
- Provide data models for tailor-made customizations (with Solution Architects).
- Perform code reviews
- Coach and mentor junior technical team members
- 2+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform as Developer
- Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize while simultaneously working both collaboratively and independently
- Ability to understand varying client needs and respond flexibly and creatively, working with internal resources to recommend and implement the highest ROI
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources
- Comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
- Agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly
- Collaborative approach, working together as a team to drive value in every interaction and implementation
- Creative problem-solving in the way we solution with customers and work with teammates

What Would Set You Apart
- 1+ years of consulting/business experience
- Experience using Jira, Slack, Google Suite, and LucidChart
- Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM
- Salesforce CPQ certification and/or App Builder certification
