What We’re Looking For:
- Proven ability to design Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and deliver value.
- Experience in creating technical blueprints and solution diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components (LWC).
- Hands-on experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Heroku, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Expertise in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
- Solid understanding of security protocols and Salesforce development best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions seamlessly.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator and Developer I/II) are a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
