Overview
Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Certified Technical Architect (CTA)! This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Zennify’s clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions. Other than being the designated extrovert of our project teams, the CTA is responsible for owning the overall governance and design of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs.  Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations and state and federal governments. Since we have such a wide range of clientele, all people with the gift of the gab are welcome here!
This position is remote with travel.   This is a permanent position and we are not accepting contractors at this time.

Primary Responsibilities 
Responsible for designing and implementing the most technically complex components of a solution
Responsible for functionality, performance, resilience, reuse, comprehensibility, scalability, security, technology constraints and tradeoffs of the solution being built
Provide technical leadership and governance for Functional Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers and client stakeholders
Meet with clients to capture technical requirements
Accurately estimate the time required to implement the technical solution
Identify and mitigate risks across the entire technical architecture
Deliver detailed architectural blueprints to client stakeholders
Write code examples, build proofs of concepts and prototypes to serve as a blueprint for developers
Set quality standards and ensure adherence to them
Manage any change that may have negative effects on speed, performance, security and ability to handle a particular workload
Participate in selection and strategy of quality assurance processes and tools
Advise, setup and maintain release management strategies to ensure optimal deployment of new technologies, including continuous integration and continuation deployment models
Contribute to the growth of the technical team through thought leadership, development of solution accelerators, creation of technology standards, coaching and mentoring engineers and participation in other operational areas (recruiting, training etc.)
Participate in the sales cycle (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning)
Research, create adoption strategies and enable new technologies

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Salesforce software development
6+ years of experience leading external, client facing  technical consulting services for complex system implementations; minimum 3+ years hands-on technical experience with multiple Salesforce clouds
Strong knowledge and understanding of data strategy, data integration design, data migration and data architecture
Strong experience with web applications, databases and a variety of programming languages
Strong experience with object oriented development
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and related technologies, data model, concepts, limitations and practices 
Strong experience leading technical requirements gathering and solution design sessions with clients
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; executive level presence and experience facilitating meetings
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users from various backgrounds including sales, support and marketing
Multiple Salesforce certifications 
Strong Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools 
Superior experience conducting unit, integration, and performance testing and participating with users for user acceptance testing to support a successful project outcome
Superior experience analyzing and mitigating bugs and issues as needed to support a successful project outcome 
Strong experience leading design and code reviews   
Superior experience leading release planning and deployment  
Superior technical writing skills
Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 50% travel projected)
Is comfortable with the overuse of GIFs on Slack (no, seriously, we send a lot of GIFs)

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect Certifications
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi or Informatica
Experience in cloud technologies other than Salesforce such as Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
Business acumen with Wealth and Financial Services industry

The full compensation package is based on candidate's experience and certifications.

$170,000$210,000 USD
