Salesforce Support Intern

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with data cleanup in our Salesforce instance. This internship opportunity will provide valuable experience in data management and contribute significantly to the enhancement of our overall operational efficiency.

Term: This is a ~6 month internship position available fully remote.

Responsibilities: The intern will be responsible for:

Identifying and merging duplicate accounts. Completing and updating account information Flagging and updating inactive accounts and contacts. Recategorizing inactive accounts to prospects and assigning.

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation. Familiarity with Salesforce. Exceptional attention to detail.

Additional skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range: $15.00 - 19.00 an hour

Salary range provided per current averages and expectations. The salary and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
