Job Summary:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce applications and solutions that align with our business objectives. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.

  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Mentor and support junior developers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities.

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and system configurations.

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making for Salesforce initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 5 + years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of successful implementations.

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, workflows, and processes within Salesforce.

  • Experience leading projects and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II).

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.

  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and patterns.

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in software designing and development.
