Solution Architect - Contracting Technologies
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
· Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
· Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and trends in Contracting technologies.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce.
· Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM.
· In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
· Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices.
· Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are a plus.
Specific responsibilities:
· Oversee TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and DocuSign architecture needs
· Be the chief technology expert for all these applications
