Salesforce Solution Architect
Zennify is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Solution Architect! This individual will play an integral role in the high satisfaction of Zennify’s clients through the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce services and solutions. Other than being the designated extrovert of our project teams, the Solution Architect is responsible for owning the overall design of the technical application as well as recommending best practice solutions based on client business needs. Our projects are with clients ranging from local, small and mid-sized companies to multi-national enterprise corporations, non-profit organizations and state and federal governments. Since we have such a wide range of clientele, all people with the gift of the gab are welcome here!
The position can be remote for the right candidate. This is a permanent position and we are not accepting contractors at this time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitates discovery workshops, in tandem with other team members, to gather customer requirements, understand customer personas and elicit user stories
- Assess client current architecture and architect solutions that meet client needs
- Create solution design and articulate design to client and team; articulate value and gain buy-off; ensure user story definition clarity and perform quality reviews
- Develop POCs and demos to articulate design concepts to client, including best practice recommendations; elicit feedback and adjust design to meet needs
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of enterprise applications commonly integrated to and utilized in financial services companies
- Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure standards are met or exceeded
- Assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, and testing
- Understands the technical depth of the project and validates the correct resources for the project
- Recommends alternate approaches, analyze impacts, and provide sizing estimates
- Participates in design and code reviews
- Analyzes and mitigates bugs and issues
- Provides release planning, devops governance and deployment plans
- Conducts unit, integration, and performance testing and work closely with users for user acceptance testing
- Writes technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) jointly with the technical team members
- Documents build plans and delegates work to team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years consultant experience leading external, client-facing technical consulting services for complex system implementations
- 3+ years developing custom Salesforce applications
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience complex third-party solutions; alternatively 2+ years experience on nCino implementations
- Experience managing project team relevant to the delivery of the technical solution
- Experience in enterprise-level projects using Agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle
- Possesses familiarity and first-hand experience with third party solutions that support vertical objectives
- Ability to lead technical requirements gathering & solution design sessions with clients
- Superior Salesforce development and design skills including: Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools
- Understands relevant Salesforce cloud functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud; alternatively understanding of nCino operation application
- Experience with FSC
- We don’t keep the best solutions to ourselves here at Zennify, especially with the banks. There’s no point in keeping secrets with them anyway, there are too many tellers! Get it, like a banking joke?
- Experience deploying web-based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including REST, APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
- Understands testing and release processes
- Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable (up to 25% travel projected)
- Is comfortable with the overuse of GIFs on Slack (no, seriously, we send a lot of GIFs)

The full compensation package is based on candidate's experience and certifications.
Zennify pay range
$140,000—$180,000 USD
