We’re seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related Contracting Technologies to lead the design and architecture of our enterprise agreement systems. This role will be the technical authority across applications and platforms such as Salesforce platform, Conga CLM, Agreement Repository, Third Party Access Agreements (TPA), Confidentiality and Disclosure Agreements (MyCDA), and DocuSign eSignatures, ensuring scalable, secure, and integrated solutions that support our global contracting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Salesforce-based Contracting solutions, with a primary focus on Conga CLM.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Own and maintain architectural blueprints aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to development teams across the full project lifecycle.
- Lead solution architecture reviews and enforce best practices in design, development, and integration.
- Integrate Contracting platforms with enterprise systems using tools like REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and emerging trends in Contracting and LegalTech.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architecture-level issues across Contracting applications.
- Mentor junior architects and developers on Salesforce and Contracting technologies.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading architecture for TPA, MyCDA, Conga CLM, DocuSign, and related applications.
- Acting as the chief technology expert for all Contracting platforms.
- Ensuring seamless integration and performance across the Contracting tech stack.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in Salesforce and Contracting technologies, especially CLM (Conga CLM preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of Contracting processes, legal operations, and enterprise agreement workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect are highly desirable.
