Job requirements
- Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions to be built on the Salesforce platform, specifically Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
- Strong Salesforce development and design skills including Apex, Aura Lightning platform (AURA, LWC framework), SOQL, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
- Proficient in implementing Service Cloud & Experience Cloud features like Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, Einstein AI, Self-Service Portals, Communities, Personalization, Customization and Branding.
- Excellent in configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, flows, process builder, Security Model, Data Model etc.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities; self-sufficient and motivated to excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
- Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines.
- Good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools.
- Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools.
- Must have Good Communication & client interaction skills.
