Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

We’ve actively built our Salesforce practice and have quickly grown into one of the strongest Systems Integrators within Salesforce Public Sector space. Responsibilities: 

• Conduct medium complex technical QA activities related to the Application Under Test (AUT). 

• Understand the existing process, analyze users' requirements. 

• Prepare testing and reporting documentation, such as Test plans, Test strategy, and test exit reporting, throughout the software development life cycle. 

• Develop Test scenarios and write detailed Test cases. 

• Create a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). 

• Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository. 

• Work individually on the project, completing assigned tasks promptly. 

• Collaborate on quality assurance within a team or with the client team. 

• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects. 

• Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to facilitate informed decisions on progress. 

•  Be flexible and adapt to new technologies on a need basis. 

• Perform Functional testing, regression testing, System Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance testing. 

Technical and Soft Skills Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), with a strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies. 

• Knowledge of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.); Knowing public sector solutions and omni scripts is nice to have. 

• Good understanding of Quality Assurance testing life cycle, including writing test plans/strategies, and the ability to execute manual and functional testing involving data mocking, running test cases, validation, result validation, etc. 

• Understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile methodology of project delivery. 

•  Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems to provide a suitable solution for clients. 

• Good command of English, both written and spoken. 

• Team player. 

Nice to have: 

• Basic knowledge or familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, Katalon, Copado Robotic Testing, Playwright, or Tosca, and performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter. 

• Salesforce certifications. 

• ISTQB / ISEB certification.
