We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Lead who will serve as both a hands-on QA practitioner and a founding QA team member. This individual will participate in building the QA organization while actively delivering testing for multiple Salesforce implementation, Agentforce, and AI transformation projects. As a founding QA team member, you'll help establish quality assurance practices from the ground up while ensuring exceptional quality delivery across our client engagements.

You'll contribute to engagements that include:

• AI-related projects: Testing Agentforce implementations, Data Cloud integrations, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce projects: Quality assurance across Sales, Service, Experience, Platform, Industry Clouds, and products like Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Slack.

• Enterprise integrations: Testing complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Establish and build the QA function from scratch, defining processes, standards, and best practices.

• Execute end-to-end testing for 3-4 concurrent Salesforce projects.

• Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execution strategies from business requirements.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce clouds.

• Write basic automation scripts for repetitive manual testing tasks and regression suites.

• Validate data migrations, integrations, and system configurations.

• Partner with developers, solution architects, and business analysts to understand requirements.

• Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and gather feedback.

• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

• Build and mentor a team of QA engineers as the function scales.

• Define QA metrics, KPIs, and quality gates for project delivery.

• 8-10 years of quality assurance experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce testing

• Proven experience building QA organizations or functions from scratch in previous roles

• Hands-on expertise in manual testing with basic automation scripting capabilities (JavaScript, Python, or similar)

• Admin-level understanding of Salesforce platform and at least 2-3 clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)

• Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, enterprise system testing, and deployment processes

• Experience with both small-scale implementations and large enterprise projects

• Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr) and Salesforce-specific testing tools (Provar, Copado Testing)

• Experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (REST, SOAP)

• Understanding of data migration testing, ETL validation, and sandbox management

• Comfort with AI tools and ability to integrate them into QA workflows

• Exceptional communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Ability to context-switch effectively across multiple projects

Salesforce certifications:

• Administrator

• Platform App Builder

• Platform Developer I (preferred for technical understanding)

Testing certifications:

• ISTQB Certified Tester

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

• Any automation tool certifications (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
