Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for the Salesforce platform, integrations, and custom applications
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across different Salesforce instances (e.g., sandboxes, production).
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and customisations
- Participate in release management activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment validation
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
- Proven experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred Certification: Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications
- Experience with automated testing frameworks for Salesforce (e.g. Selenium, Provar, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
