• Be the Guardian of Quality: Design and execute comprehensive testing plans aligned with real-world business processes, ensuring that our Salesforce-based solutions meet the highest standards of performance and design.
• Automate with Intelligence: Utilize state-of-the-art tools like Playwright and AI-assisted testing methods to drive efficient and scalable testing outcomes. Dive into Salesforce Apex test case creation using intelligent automation.
• Collaborate to Elevate: Partner with Implementation teams and Developers to uphold quality across the SDLC—from development to post-implementation support.

At Expedite Commerce, we’re looking for someone who’s analytical, inventive, and quality-obsessed. Whether you’re a seasoned QA engineer or an automation wizard just stepping up, if you’re committed to using technology for smarter quality assurance—we want to hear from you.

• 3–5 years of QA experience on Salesforce.com projects. Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Flow, Apex, LWC, and API.
• Billing, CPQ, and eCommerce domain knowledge preferred.
• 2–4 years working with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or WebdriverIO
• Deep understanding of white box, black box, and regression testing
• Strong grasp of test planning and execution best practices
• Proficient with tools like Jira, qTest, or Zephyr for incident management

• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance testing accuracy and speed
• Experience designing test cases using intelligent tools like Cursor AI
• Ability to continuously evaluate and adopt the latest in QA tech stack

• Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, LWC, and JavaScript preferred
• Experience in manual testing for UI/UX validation and design standard checks
• Bonus: Familiarity with SQL and data reporting tools

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and articulating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders

• Meaningful Ownership: Own QA processes on key customer projects, ensuring quality and innovation across our Lead-to-Cash platform.
• Expert Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on impactful enterprise solutions.
