- Domain Knowledge - Should possess strong Domain knowledge in BFSI. Knowledge of Automotive Finance is a desired attribute. Should have multilingual capability - Spanish, English (Good to have skill) Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Backlog Management and Prioritization: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog (epics, features, and user stories) based on business value, customer needs, and changing requirements. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with prospective users and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria. Agile Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, Scrum Master, Business Analysts, and QA analysts, participating in all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Very strong stakeholder management skills. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, providing regular updates on product progress, timelines, and release contents. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT processes and conduct initial acceptance testing of user stories to ensure the delivered product meets the defined requirements. Monitoring and Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance, user adoption, and ROI, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Atleast 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment, with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions. Strong exposure to Bankimg Customers and with good knowledge of Automobile based Financing/Insurance. Overall experience should be 8+ - years. Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), configuration, and customization capabilities. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Technical Aptitude: Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, though extensive coding knowledge is not required. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Certifications : Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
