Job Description

In this role, you will be helping a team responsible for building tools for engineers, platform wide improvements, driving digital transformation etc. You will work with business leaders/technology partners to create the product road map and manage any product changes through the development, user acceptance testing and implementation processes. You are passionate about continuous improvement and bringing impactful changes using latest technologies.

  • Overall 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Core Salesforce CRM.

  • Subject Matter Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.

  • Hands-on experience as a full-stack developer for Salesforce Marketing Cloud creating personalized, dynamic messages, landing pages, SQL, and is experienced with data configuration, manipulations and advance segmentation.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and journeys, including advanced SQL and data objects for segmentation and troubleshooting, a clear understanding of the platform dependencies that enable personalization and reporting

  • Proven expertise designing and executing customer journeys using Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages.

  • Should have experience in Sales or Service cloud, with experience in Salesforce Admin capabilities like Data Model, Security model, lightning pages, flows etc.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM integrations, including designing and supporting MQL‑to‑SQL lead journeys, working with Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, and Campaign Members in Salesforce, and ensuring seamless data flow and alignment between marketing automation and sales processes.

  • Ability to evaluate implementations and provide optimizations and improvements if applicable.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience creating technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Overall Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Marketing & Sales ways of working in the B2B Financial Services Industry

  • Proactive and self-starting demeanor with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.

  • Ability to set the right expectations on effort and timelines required to meet business requirements.

  • 3+ certifications related to Salesforce CRM and SFMC. Eg. Certified Marketing Cloud Admin, Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Admin certified.

In-Office Collaboration

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week.
