Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analyst with approximately 2-3 years of experience to support the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role works closely with the primary service lead and coordinates across users, technical teams, and client stakeholders to keep requests, incidents, and campaigns moving smoothly. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who is comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones, including counterparts working in Pacific Time (PT/PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the primary service lead with day-to-day operational activities on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Follow up on requests, incidents, campaigns, and other operational commitments to ensure they are progressing and closed out on time.
- Coordinate with users, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and clear, proactive communication.
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform activities and assist with troubleshooting as issues arise.
- Track open items, follow-ups, and status updates, escalating where needed to keep work unblocked.
- Work effectively with teams and stakeholders across different time zones, maintaining consistent communication and hand-offs.

- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to following up on open items rather than waiting to be asked.
- Flexibility to collaborate with and, when needed, overlap working hours with teams based in Pacific Time (PT/PST).
- Basic troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn the operational nuances of the Marketing Cloud platform.
