Experience
- 8–12 Years (Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce platform leadership experience)
Your Contribution ( As the Salesforce Platform Manager / Architect)
- Own and govern Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security model, automation strategy, and environment strategy.
- Lead internal programs for Salesforce and Certinia (PSA/ERP) implementations, enhancements, and operational improvements.
- Architect and review solution designs, proposing improvements and changes to existing Salesforce implementations to support scalability and operational efficiency.
- Manage and enable cross-functional teams (Salesforce Admins, Developers, Certinia Consultants) with clear delivery governance.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and PMO teams to ensure platforms support resource management, project financials, billing, and reporting needs.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders on platform health, risks, and delivery progress.
Provide architectural guidance for integrations and customizations, including:
- API-based integrations and event-driven patterns
- Custom objects, Flows, and Apex usage standards
Own Salesforce release management and deployments, including:
- CI/CD pipelines using Copado or equivalent tools
- Version control and branching strategies
- Salesforce seasonal release impact assessments
Requirements
- Strong experience managing Salesforce platforms
- Experience working with Certinia (FinancialForce) or equivalent PSA/ERP tools
- Proven background in Technical Program Management or Platform Leadership
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and deployment best practices
- Strong communication skills (must-have)
Good to Have
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms (Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Salesforce Architecture or Platform certifications
- Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
- Experience supporting internal operations platforms in professional services organizations
