As a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology, over 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries use Veo Cams weekly to record their games.
As a Software Engineer with Salesforce expertise, you will drive the development, optimization, and innovation of our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform while bringing a strong backend development and API integration focus. You'll collaborate with our engineers to design and develop robust backend solutions while working closely with external Salesforce resources to enhance and extend the Salesforce platform. Partnering with the Salesforce Product Owner, you will translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions, validate proposals, and deliver high-quality implementations that integrate seamlessly across systems.
Objectives of this role:
- Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with other applications and systems using web services, RESTful APIs, and industry best practices.
- Develop Apex classes, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Create and maintain custom user interfaces, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates and features, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and core systems.
- Support, maintain, and improve existing Salesforce applications for optimal performance and scalability.
User Training and Support:
- Create technical documentation, like user guides, release notes and design documents.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce or backend related issues.
Data Management:
- Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, implementing best practices for data governance
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
- Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) are preferred.
