YOUT TASKS

We are looking for Salesforce Core Developers with strong hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. The role focuses on translating functional and technical designs into high-quality, scalable implementations and supporting complex, business-critical use cases.

The Developer works closely with Solution Architects, consultants, and business stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring technical quality, performance, and maintainability of the solution.

Must-have skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Developer in complex projects
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Apex)
• Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and platform configuration
• Experience implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Good understanding of Sales and/or Service processes and standard Salesforce capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge or experience with Experience Cloud is considered a plus

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with Experience Cloud implementations or customer-facing portals
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control within Salesforce projects

Salesforce certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
• Salesforce Administrator
