Salesforce Engineer
• 4 years hands-on Salesforce experience
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and write functional specifications
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs
• Lead or contribute to creation of functional and technical documentation
• Engage directly with stakeholders to prioritize features, gather feedback, and support UAT
• Experience configuring tools like D&B, Demandbase, Marketo, RingLead, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Outreach, Highspot etc
• Setup and Configure LinkedIn Sales navigator, familiarity of Customer 360 tool like Gainsight
• Familiarity working with JIRA and ServiceNow to handle requirements/requests
• Experience with Salesforce flow, develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, LWC
• Proficiency in Sales cloud features: Opportunity management, lead conversion, Reports/Dashboards, forecasting etc
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions and sprint planning
• Strong experience with SOQL, SOSL
• Develop and maintain custom APIs, batch jobs, and integrations with 3rd-party platforms
