The Salesforce Enablement Analyst will be part of the Business Operations team at Telix. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Operations, this role will serve as the frontline owner of Salesforce (SFDC) operations, governance, and enablement across the commercial organization. This role is responsible for ensuring Salesforce is not just functional, but structured, disciplined, and aligned with how the business operates, driving data integrity user adoption, and scalable processes. This individual will act as the gatekeeper of Salesforce, owning intake, prioritization, UAT, rollout, and user support while partnering closely with IT and SFDC developers to drive enhancements. They will enforce data quality standards, establish clear SOPs, gather specific business requirements and ensure the platform reflects real-world commercial workflows rather than ad hoc user behavior. The ideal candidate is equal parts operator and enforcer, someone who understands CRM functionality, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable holding the line on governance while enabling the business to move faster and more effectively. This role is designed to bring control, accountability, and operational rigor to the system.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Salesforce Governance & Platform Ownership
    • Serve as the primary business owner and gatekeeper for Salesforce usage, ensuring alignment with defined processes and business rules.
    • Establish and enforce governance standards across objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation
    • Ensure SalesForce reflects actual commercial workflows, eliminating workarounds and inconsistent practices
    • Maintain overall platform structure, ensuring scalability, usability, and alignment with reporting needs
  • Intake, Prioritization & Request Management
    • Design and manage a structured intake process for all SalesForce-related requests (enhancements, fixes, reporting needs)
    • Prioritize requests based on business impact, urgency, and strategic alignment, eliminating redundant or low-value work
    • Maintain full visibility into request pipelines, status, and delivery timelines
    • Act as the decision-maker on what gets built, when, and why
  • Data Quality & Usage Discipline
    • Define and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all Salesforce data
    • Monitor system usage and proactively identify gaps, misuse, or inconsistencies in how users interact with the
    • Implement validation rules, workflows, and controls to prevent poor data entry and maintain integrity
    • Partner with reporting and BI teams to ensure Salesforce data supports downstream analytics and decision-making
  • User Enablement & Support
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce user support, troubleshooting issues and resolving questions quickly
    • Develop and maintain clear SOPs, training materials, and best practices to guide
    • Develop translatable business requirements for stakeholders as it relates to Salesforce
    • Drive adoption by simplifying processes and improving usability
    • Actively engage with field and commercial teams to understand pain points and improve the user experience
  • UAT, Release Management & Enhancements:
    • Coordinate with IT and SFDC developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
    • Lead rollout of new features, ensuring proper communication, training, and adoption
    • Validate releases post-deployment to ensure stability and effectiveness
  • Platform Optimization & Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce manual effort within Salesforce
    • Continuously refine system design to better support commercial operations and reporting needs
    • Monitor adoption metrics and system performance, driving ongoing improvements
    • Ensure Salesforce evolves in alignment with broader business and reporting strategies

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree Concentration in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in CRM administration, business operations, or CRM enablement roles
  • Strong understanding experience with CRM configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Proven experience managing CRM governance, and prioritization frameworks
  • com, Veeva or CRM platform experience required
  • Experience supporting UAT, release management, and system enhancements in partnership with IT or development
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and how CRM systems support commercial workflows
  • Experience or familiarity with commercial platforms and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Coupa, Ironclad) and how CRM data feeds into these environments
  • CRM certification (Administrator) strongly preferred
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

Skills Required
