- Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Development:
- Strong Knowledge and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes.
- Strong Knowledge and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
- Write and maintain unit test classes to ensure code coverage and quality.
- Must have experience In Classic and lightning framework Knowledge Articles , force.com sites.
- Integration: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Version Control & Deployment: Utilize VS Code, Git, and Salesforce CLI for development and deployment.
- BAU Support: Handle day-to-day support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce applications.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure code and configurations follow best practices for scalability and performance.
- Technical Expertise:
