ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with Salesforce technologies, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning development.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce project delivery in a collaborative team environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in Salesforce development.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Salesforce performance, functionality, and data integrity.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
