We are looking for our next Salesforce developer:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related;
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree;
- Proficiency in Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components (Aura and LWC);
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects;
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications;
- Familiarity with Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, and other integration tools;
- Experience with data migration, data loading tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench), and data modeling in Salesforce.
- Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data security/sharing rules;
- Proficiency in development tools such as Visual Studio Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, version control systems, and deployment processes;
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively;
- Experience in managing and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum);
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, and creating technical documentation;
- Certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator or other relevant Salesforce certifications;
- Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud);
- Fluent in English.
