Position Overview: Are you ready to make a difference in the world of advanced therapies? The Cell, Gene, and Advanced Therapy Patient Services Hub at McKesson is on the lookout for an innovative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and agile team. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement bespoke solutions on the Salesforce platform, directly impacting patient care and therapy-specific hub programs. Your expertise will help us align with the unique needs of manufacturers in the specialty drug business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce Health Cloud with other systems for optimal data flow.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards, safeguarding customer and business information.
- Collaborate with a vibrant team of QA engineers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver seamless solutions.
- Automate business processes and oversee Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as the bridge between business and technology, engaging with customers and providing insights to executives and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills:
- Security: Manage user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Development Experience: 2-3 years of Salesforce development experience using flows, Visualforce, LWC, Apex, and SOQL
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I & II) and Salesforce Admin; additional certifications like Health Cloud Consultant are a bonus.
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer with a robust portfolio.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices, including version control and automated testing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cell and gene therapy or other advanced therapies.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
