Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can utilize their skills to create and manage solutions that enhance our CRM operations.
What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications to align with business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytic tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Salesforce Developer Certification preferred (Platform Developer I and II preferred).
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or React.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and CLI.
