About the Role

We're expanding our sales operations team and are searching for a salesforce developer. You'll help design, deliver and build sales motions related to addressing new products and strategies. You'll bring your experience working on multiple Salesforce organizations to contribute to not just the development of Chainlink Lab’s Salesforce Instance, but also bring ideas and help build a roadmap to a best-in-class Salesforce implementation.

Your Impact

  • Translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective Salesforce solutions

  • Upgrade our Service Cloud offering to support a multitude of internal and external requirements

  • Drive our integrations with existing internal tools to help deliver business alerts to our sales team

  • Rigorously and continuously improve the security and stability of the Salesforce Platform

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing SFDC, preferably at a technology company

  • Certifications: Hold both Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce App Builder certifications. (Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder or Advance Analytics are highly desirables)

  • Business Requirements: Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions

  • Track record of successful implementations of Salesforce or complex sales processes/motions at least 2-3 times.

  • Proficiency in data migration and data integrity practices within Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein Product Suite including Einstein Analytics and Einstein Activity Capture is highly desirable

  • Experiencing building out Experience Cloud and Case SLA/Entitlement Processes

  • Integration experience utilizing Workato

  • Previous experience with Workato, DocuSign, IronClad, Netsuite, Asana, ZoomInfo, Chorus, or Calendly
