Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud FSC , Service Cloud, Case Management, Lightning Flow, Reports Dashboards, Apex and Integrations, Lightning Web Components LWC , and Aura Components.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Develop Apex code, Lightning components, and custom integrations to extend Salesforce functionality and meet business requirements.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce features and functionalities, including but not limited to workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and security settings.

  • Implement and maintain Salesforce data models, including custom objects, fields, and relationships, to support business processes and reporting needs.

  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions through code optimization, best practices, and efficient data management techniques.

  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions, and assist in debugging and resolving issues identified during testing phases.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

  • Advanced English skills writing, reading and speaking

  • 2 years of hands on experience in Salesforce development

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Ability to communicate findings to technical and non technical colleagues.

  • Experience required in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management within Service Cloud, Lightning Flow, Reports Dashboards, Apex and Integrations, Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura Components.

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura Components.

  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, and Flow.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL, and SOSL.

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP APIs, Apex web services, and third party integration tools.

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross functional teams.

  • Financial Services Cloud FSC

  • Omni Channel Queues, Skills

  • Flex Cards and Omni Studio

  • Salesforce CRMA Analytics

  • Copado DevOps

The following experience is desirable, but not necessary

  • Working with Genesys Telephony Integration, Mulesoft and Copado Robotic Testing.

  • Having Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
