Who You AreWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and the broader Salesforce platform. Knowledge of Agentforce Revenue is a plus. This role is responsible for designing, building, testing, and supporting Salesforce solutions that enable quoting, contracting, billing integrations, service operations, and scalable business processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development skills with Quote-to-Cash domain knowledge, platform best practices, and comfort working in modern AI-native delivery environments.
Quote-to-CashHands-on development experience with CPQ solutions such as Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Revenue, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, approvals, contracting, amendments, renewals, and billing handoff.
Experience customizing and extending CPQ processes using Apex, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, integrations, and automation.
Experience supporting integrations with billing or finance systems such as NetSuite SuiteBilling, ZoneCo, or similar platforms.
Ability to work from functional and technical requirements to build scalable Salesforce solutions.
Demonstrated ability to use AI-native delivery practices, including LLM-assisted development, rapid prototyping, prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and AI-supported configuration and code generation.
Comfortable with conversational development workflows, using natural language prompts to generate, refine, test, debug, and explain Apex, Flow logic, LWC, integrations, APIs, and solution prototypes.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining strong engineering discipline, code quality, security, testing standards, and platform best practices.
Project implementation experience on Salesforce Core, including Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, profiles, permission sets, data model design, governor limits, deployment processes, and platform automation.
Knowledge of PSA capabilities is a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, platform events, batch Apex, scheduled Apex, queueable Apex, and data synchronization patterns.
Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar tools.
Experience with version control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, sandbox management, metadata deployments, and release management.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business requirements and solution designs into high-quality technical deliverables.
Comfortable working with architects, consultants, business users, QA teams, and project managers.
