We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, and Lightning components, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations such as custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Maintain proper documentation of all development and configuration activities.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1.5–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I) preferred.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
