🚀 Salesforce Senior Developer

📍 Work Model: Hybrid (Monterrey area)

📝 Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement reusable components, automations, and features that meet business requirements.
• Perform technical analysis, solution reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability.
• Optimize queries and business processes through efficient use of SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
• Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define solution architecture and implementation strategies.
• Support system integrations with external applications and contribute to version control and deployment processes using Git and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).

🎓 Certifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications:

✅ Salesforce Platform App Builder
✅ Salesforce Platform Developer I
✅ Any other Salesforce certification

💼 Required Experience

✔️ 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
✔️ 4+ years of experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development.
✔️ Strong proficiency in:

• ⚡ Apex
• ⚡ Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• ⚡ Visualforce
• ⚡ SOQL
• ⚡ JavaScript

✔️ Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and conducting technical solution reviews.
✔️ Experience with Salesforce integrations and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
✔️ Ability to work effectively in agile and collaborative environments.

🌎 Languages

🗣️ Advanced English (written and spoken)
🗣️ Fluent Spanish
