We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Consultant to design, build and integrate scalable Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and Flows.
- Implement and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
- Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware (MuleSoft or similar).
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and data models.
- Manage deployments and release processes using SFDX, Git, Copado or Gearset.
- Follow Salesforce best practices for governor limits, security and performance.
- Write test classes and maintain code coverage and quality standards.
- Support users, troubleshoot issues and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration.
- Strong Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model and sharing rules.
- Experience with integrations and CI/CD for Salesforce.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud or Agentforce.
- MuleSoft integration experience.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect or relevant Consultant certifications.
Skills Required

- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and CI/CD
