Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Admin & Data Analyst to support the team. This hands-on role is focused on ensuring CRM data quality, supporting Salesforce configurations and automation, and enabling internal team training and adoption.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Salesforce Administrator to troubleshoot, build, and maintain workflows, enrich and manage datasets, and support cross-functional teams with the insights and tools they need to scale. This is a great opportunity for a proactive Salesforce professional who loves solving problems with data and making systems (and people!) work smarter.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce (Sales and Service Clouds), including Flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and custom fields.
- Help manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings to maintain compliance and data visibility.
- Troubleshoot user issues and assist in implementing scalable solutions aligned with business processes.
- Document and promote Salesforce best practices across teams.
Data Quality & Governance
- Maintain clean, accurate, and consistent CRM data through ongoing validation, enrichment, and deduplication efforts.
- Support data uploads, imports, and transformations using tools like Data Loader or native Salesforce tools.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data usability and reliability across revenue teams.
Training & Enablement
- Collaborate with the team to support end-user onboarding and training related to Salesforce tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Develop documentation, job aids, and walkthroughs to promote system adoption and self-service success.
Systems Integration & Reporting
- Support data flows between Salesforce and other revenue tools (e.g., marketing automation, customer success, billing platforms).
- Assist with ongoing integration maintenance and light troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support revenue forecasting, segmentation, and performance insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong Salesforce experience including data management.
- Experience with Salesforce administration tasks (user management, workflows, validation rules, duplicate management).
- Experience with data governance, cleansing, and enrichment strategies to ensure high-quality CRM data.
- Understanding of systems integrations and data flows between Salesforce and other tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
