  • Assist in customising SFDC to meet changing business requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding and usage of Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and automation to support lead management, pipeline tracking and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Monitor system health, performance and usage to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and refine dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into revenue performance.
  • Manage data imports, exports and cleansing to ensure accuracy across the revenue funnel.
  • Provide support for all sales and marketing tools.
  • Manage our data in SFDC to increase data quality, GDPR compliance and target ICP.
  • Be the first point of call for Sales to support lead generation in SFDC, supporting day-to-day for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance and best practices.

What you’ll need

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge, with at least 3-5 years’ Salesforce administration experience within a SaaS business.
  • Active Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) plus a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
