This is a Hybrid position located in Bangalore. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 1 to 6 times a month. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the Role:
As a Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer, you will:
- Lead technical design and development for Sales Cloud features, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, and custom business processes.
- Build and maintain custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and integrations with external systems.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, admins, and analysts.
- Oversee Salesforce development lifecycle processes, including source control, code reviews, and CI/CD deployments.
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security across the Salesforce platform.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and proactively recommend new capabilities to improve business outcomes.
- Mentor junior developers and guide best practices within the Salesforce development team.
- Work with NA team, requiring evening work.
About You:
- You have 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
- You’re highly skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- You understand Salesforce architecture and are confident in designing scalable and secure solutions.
- You’ve worked with DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, Gearset or Flosum) and thrive in environments that prioritize automated deployment pipelines.
- You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams and enjoy translating business problems into elegant technical solutions.
- You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II or Architect track certifications are a plus.
- You’re collaborative, solutions-oriented, and enjoy mentoring others while continuing to grow your own technical skills.
