The Role

Job Description

As a Salesforce CRM Associate, you will take over the role of being the point of contact regarding Veeva, KPI’s analysis, as well as compensation calculations & development incentives compensation plan.

You will be responsible for supporting our commercial team in the activities of key performance indicators in the field, target & segmentation process, testing all Veeva new implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and deliver incentives performance reports to end users in a regular basis.
  • Participate on the development and implementation of power BI dashboard.
  • Compile and deliver the information extracted from Veeva CRM, generating field force KPI’s, CLM and other digital promo tools analyses and reports.
  • Support BI/Decision Support Assoc. Director to provide integrated field force analytical solutions (dashboards and BI) to support business areas (Sales/Marketing, Mkt Access and Medical)
  • Maintain HCP target & segmentation analysis for both BU
  • Conduct targeting and field force sizing analyses
  • Support field force in the questions related with the use of Veeva CRM
  • Contribute with the development of sales incentives metrics and calculation annual plan.
  • Active participation in quarterly Veeva CRM calls.
  • Build strong relationship with all colleagues from Global team regarding CRM subjects
  • LATAM responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing / economics / statistics /engineering or comparable is needed.
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with Salesforce effectiveness analysis, preferably in a pharma/biotech environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage insights generation trough multi factorial analyses including field force performance KPI’s, target & segmentation and incentive compensation.
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English is highly preferred.
  • Understanding of corporate and operational business issues.
