Job Purpose:
Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with clients to understand current CRM processes, identify gaps, and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions. The role combines business analysis, solution design, and hands-on Salesforce expertise to ensure successful deployment and adoption. This role serves as a bridge between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders throughout all phases of a project.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to understand client processes and technology in the CRM space.
  • Identify current pain points and gaps against CRM best practices.
  • Lead design discussions with technical teams and document solution options.
  • Produce supporting materials such as process diagrams, wireframes, and context diagrams.
  • Develop and implement clear requirements strategies for each client engagement.
  • Lead discovery workshops, including large audience facilitation, solution presentations, and prototype demos.
  • Organize and drive business process reengineering sessions.
  • Define personas and document requirements in User Story format.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams across time zones and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Perform rapid analysis of complex business processes and decompose into technical components.
  • Conduct business process modeling, user experience modeling, and technical architecture diagramming.
  • Build and demonstrate Salesforce prototypes.
  • Present solutions to business and technical teams.
  • Guide clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with multiple implementation teams, including UX, Change Management, Global Development Centers, and Developer Communities.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
  • 8+ years as a CRM Business Analyst or Product Owner in mid-to-large organizations.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce.com consulting experience leading business transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and familiarity with custom development.
  • Proficiency in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working in Scrum environments.
  • Ability to develop Level of Effort (LOE) estimates with technical teams.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL processes.
  • Minimum of 4 Salesforce.com consultant certifications.
  • Able to work remotely from the USA/Canada and travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Salesforce certification required.
