What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to play a key role in our transition from the legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM. The role will focus on analyzing existing processes, gathering business requirements, and ensuring a smooth migration of data, functionality, and workflows into Salesforce. The Salesforce Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and the Salesforce implementation team, ensuring that the new CRM meets business needs and is adopted successfully across the organization.


What We’re Looking For:

1. Requirements Gathering & Migration Analysis

  • Work with the Product Owner and the dev team to understand business needs and legacy CRM processes.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather requirements for Salesforce CRM.
  • Map current state (legacy CRM) processes to future state (Salesforce CRM)
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process improvement.

2. Solution Design & Transition Support

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Architects, Admins, and Developers to design migration-friendly solutions.
  • Define requirements for data migration, record sharing, and user access models.
  • Ensure the Salesforce solution replicates necessary functionality from the legacy CRM while leveraging Salesforce best practices.
  • Support change management and process optimization during the transition.

3. Documentation

  • Document requirements, business processes, and data mapping from the legacy CRM to Salesforce.
  • Maintain migration playbooks, process flowcharts, and knowledge base materials.
  • Create training guides and user manuals for end-users transitioning to Salesforce.

4. Testing & Validation

  • Define and execute test cases for migrated data, workflows, and integrations.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and cutover validation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and compliance during migration.
  • Log and track issues during migration, ensuring timely resolution.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Change Management

  • Act as the liaison between business teams and technical teams during the transition.
  • Communicate migration timelines, risks, and progress updates clearly.
  • Organize stakeholder walkthroughs and ensure business buy-in on migrated processes.
  • Support adoption through training sessions and user support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (at least 1 year) - essential
  • Experience in trading/financial services CRM environments - essential
  • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification - essential
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the clouds: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in data mapping, data migration, and process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with record sharing models, user access requirements, and compliance constraints.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.

Working Schedule: Onsite Monday to Friday  - 09:00 to 17:00
