Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce solutions (7+ years) to join our team. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience, system efficiency, and data quality.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, incorporating them into system enhancements.
  • Optimize Salesforce configurations to align with business processes and improve usability.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Lead and conduct workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with stakeholders to validate solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training resources.
  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, managing communication and expectations with stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation, from creating test cases to performing quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce consulting or business analysis experience.
  • Salesforce certification(s) required.
  • Proven ability to capture requirements, make strategic recommendations, and optimize implementations to meet business goals.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical developers.
  • Experience and familiarity with integrations and data migration strategies.
  • Experience in functional and project management is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Positive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution and adaptability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be residents in Dubai.
